Returns Policy

We will accept returns on items that are in new, unused condition, and still in original packaging with all tags attached.  For health reasons, wigs and hosiery may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.  All returns must be authorized by our customer service department prior to your sending it back, so please call us toll-free at 1-877-827-9586 so that you can receive a return authorization number to include with your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Timeframe for Returns - Please check your items promptly upon receipt and report any need for a return or exchange, including damage and fit, within two weeks. Further information on how to proceed with the return will be provided by our customer service department if your item meets these policy requirements.

Damaged products?

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please keep the original shipping carton and contact customer service.
